Brooklands Museum
The birthplace of British motorsport, banking and all.
Brooklands was the world's first purpose-built motor racing circuit, opened in 1907, and you can still walk up the old concrete banking. The museum has racing cars, motorbikes, aircraft and Concorde, which is a lot of museum for one afternoon.
I stood on the banking and tried to imagine doing that speed with no helmet. Couldn't.
