The story
A sublime morning over Montagu Pass, a road I first rode in Ducati leathers on a 950 doing Uniondale, Baviaanskloof and back to Knysna in a day. It was my mother's birthday. Then the Seven Passes through the back of Wilderness into Knysna and up Prince Alfred's. Not without drama: a sidecar in the forest, then a rider with no talent left crashing into the scene. Ride your own pace on these passes. They're narrow, blind, and other people use them too.

- Prince Alfred's Pass is narrow with blind corners. Expect someone in your lane.
